All of the homes we provide are checked to ensure they comply with required standards ensuring quality for you. 

We provide a rental service using an assured shorthold tenancy agreement operating under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. You may be required to pay certain fees for any breach of that tenancy agreement. At the beginning and end of tenancy we run an inventory check reviewed by you to ensure that there is a common understanding of what's in the property when we hand over the keys to you. We check this at the end of the tenancy and visit inbetween to ensure that all is going well with the tenancy.

We provide protections for our tenants by ensuring contracts are in place and we have provided you with documentation to make your tenancy a success. We protect your deposit using an approved deposit protection scheme.  

We protect your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
